Vista Mar Jaco Booking Info
To book a condo you must call call our reservations desk at Toll Free # 800-535-9252 and have a Visa or MasterCard ready. ( No AMEX or Discover) .
You may also make payment using Zelle.
If your check in date is more than 30 days away at the the time you make your reservation, a deposit of 1st nights rent is required to book/reserve. Your remaining balance will be due in full no later than 30 days prior to your check in date.
If you are making a reservation/booking a condo, within 30 days of your check in date, FULL Payment is required at the time of booking.
NO. We do not offer online booking for Vista Mar Condos. You Must call 800-535-9252 to book/reserve any condo.
If your cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to your schedule/booked check in date, your deposit is refundable in full.
Cancellations for ANY reason made inside of 30 days from your scheduled arrival /check in date will forfeit your deposit and all payments you have made for the condo (s) as non-refundable/ non-transferable.
COVID-19 Exception – In the event the USA stops all travel to Costa Rica or Costa Rica closes it’s borders and prohibits entry from USA/Canadian travelers due to COVID-19 and this happens inside of 30 days from our booked arrival date, and you are unable to travel here for THOSE reasons only, we will offer you a full future credit for the full amount you have already paid.
**There will be no option or offer for, nor should you expect any type of Cash refund or money back! In the circumstance stated above, future credit is the only option
You may use and apply that credit toward a future reservation, good for up to 1 year from the date of your originally booked check in date.
Yes. You can book private airport shuttle service with us for a ride from the airport to our location, and back to the airport on your check out day.
We have a fleet of new model, air conditioned, insured and licensed luxury vans and mini-buses available 24/7 ready to meet and greet you at the airport and bring you safely to our office for check in, as well as return you to the airport after check out on your last day.
You are ALWAYS better off booking your airport shuttle service through us to ensure a smooth, safe, reliable ride and experience! Please contact us for a shuttle service rate quote.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. & Check out time 11:00 a.m.
If another party is not scheduled to check into your condo on the day you check out, you can request a late check out up to 1:00 pm Check outs after 1:00 pm will require a $150 charge. For Check out after 5:00 pm, full day rental rate will be charged.
Rates shown include taxes and light daily housekeeping.
Yes. The building has a 24/7 security disk and guarded entrance to control all those who enter and exit the building. There are also security guards throughout the property. As with anywhere you travel in the USA- Canada or outside of it, using common sense and practicing general safety, staying aware of your surroundings, and being respectful of the locals should ensure a pleasant visit without incident.
Jaco Beach & Costa Rica Travel Info
If you are traveling from the USA or Canada to Costa Rica you will need a valid US or Canadian Passport that must not be set to expire within 90 days of the day you arrive in Costa Rica. No additional or special “Visa” is required.
Your passport must be in good, clean condition with no tears or separations on any of the pages, especially the photo page, and no excessive wear and tear.
We have seen people get turned around and sent home at the airport because they arrive in Costa Rica with a passport in poor. or tattered condition. Don’t let this happen to You!
NO! Costa Rica does not require you to present any type of COVID test result to ENTER the country.
NO!. As of June 13, 2022 the USA is No longer requiring that you take or present proof of a negative COVID test of any type to return back to the USA.
NO. As of April 1st, 2022 all COVID related restrictions have been lifted! Bars, Restaurants, Casinos, Stores and nightclubs are back to operating at normal hours and capacity.
The wearing of Face Masks is now optional and not required anywhere expect Hospitals, Medical Clinics, or Government buildings.
No. It is not necessary at all to rent a car while you are here and we strongly recommend against it! Everything is within close walking distance to our property or easily accessed by taxis which are very inexpensive and available 24/7.
For getting from the airport to our location in Jaco, and then back to the airport on our last day here, you are much better served booking private , quick, comfortable and stress free Airport Shuttle service through us.
